Last run of the year... πŸ™Œ

β€’11 Replies

So I’ve just been out for my last run of 2018...

5k, slow, steady & quite reflective, my mind wandering all over the place... πŸ™ƒπŸ‘Œ

Along with my feet... they took me on a new route, which I actually really enjoyed! πŸ˜†

I’m so glad I completed c25k along with ju-ju’s 10k plan & found this amazing forum! πŸ™Œ

At times this year, possibly for the first time in my life, I’ve felt the weight of the world on my shoulders... I truly believe that running, fresh air & positive vibes are an absolute game changerπŸ‘Œ ... & what an amazing feeling to have the freedom of running in our livesπŸ’›

Thank you everyone for all your awesomeness!

I’m looking forward to sharing more running adventures with you in 2019

Wishing all the love, health & happiness for the new year!

Stay young kids πŸ–€βœŒοΈ

Aww Dreams, I feel just the same way. Running is most definitely a game changer and what a wonderful bunch of VRBs there are on here with whom to share our highs (lots) and lows (a handful). We’re all in this together.

Happy running in 2019! β€οΈπŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ

Nice way to round off the year... nice and easy 5k... how crazy would that have sounded at the start of the year?

A very happy new running year to you... looking forward to reading about your new adventures already.

Totally crazy! πŸ˜†

Happy new running year to you too UNM! πŸ€©πŸ‘Š

Well said Dreams πŸ™Œ I completely agree. Sometimes when you’re feeling stressed you just can’t beat getting those running shoes on and running until the weight is lifted, day to day problems are still there, but you’re in a much better place to deal with them.

It sounds like you had an enjoyable little wander around your new route this evening πŸ™ƒ ...a nice way to finish the year πŸ₯³ πŸŽ‰

Here’s to a cracking 2019 and the next stage in running... with a few laughs along the way 😁
