You can do it! Look at where you came from a few months ago... you can do anything. Relax and nice slow pace, youβll be fine.

UFNM is dead right. Run the first 2k quite slowly and your legs will only wake up when you have 5k to go....and you have done that loads of times. As JP said in a post, you just have to sneak up on these longer runs. You will be fine . Think ππ

Hi JP, you will be totally fine with 7k if you start off slowly and get in the zone. Pick a great playlist or podcast to keep you interested if youβre a headphone wearer. Remember to hydrate properly the day before as well as on the day of your run, and get fuelled up with a banana or something. I eat a whole banana before longer runs now, and I find it really helps. π

Itβs only 2k more than 5k. Go at a nice easy pace, donβt push, relax, take in your surroundings, think nice thoughts. You can do it. If you can do 5 you can do 7.
I Will try and get out Thursday ,and sounds better saying 2k first and then 5k π
