Very interesting! I think the psychology bit is particularly interesting - so much of running is in the head and enjoying your running makes it so much more sustainable, leading to consistency ... which in itself is really important! Thanks for sharing. 👍

Yep, it’s been said many times on here and I thought of posting it on C25k instead because although it’s said many times over there too, I think a lot of people misunderstand: they think they are being told to ease off because they are ‘only beginners’ and don’t realise that even world class athletes get the same advice.
Really useful thanks. And I followed the link for strides too. Excellent.
