I have just completed C25k and wondered, generally, what people do next please (I have very weak ankles so have been treadmill running).
I’m guessing it’s dependent on my goal ( I tend to need a plan and end goal to spur me on) so do I increase speed/distance or is there another focus I should be looking at? I also have two apps I’m also looking at-5 to 10k and RunforFit?
Thanks so much for reading and I look forward to reading your words of wisdom.

People generally like to work on their 5K for a while, so they feel stronger and more confident about it. After that, our 10K plan on this forum is very popular - ju-ju-'s 10 is the Magic Number:
It's a rolling plan that runs every so often, but can be started at any time. The latest one started a couple of weeks ago, next one kicks off in early January.
Firstly well done on completing the plan. I started park runs before this and then continued during the plan and now do park runs every week if possible. I also run daily at the gym and my goal is to compete in a local 5k run. The end goal is a 10k and maintaining running and keeping the weight down.
