Can't believe how addictive this running is! I miss a run on my rest days!

But you know it makes sense to have a rest

Iβm with you... did a rare early morning run, Iβm always an evening runner... and todayβs run was NRC benchmarking, 7 slow, 3 flat out, 5 recovery... so itβs run day and Iβm back home before Iβm normally up... and Iβve wanted to run all bloody day... tomorrow is gonna be pure hell... come on in Sunday, I need you.

I know! Iβm always looking ahead to the next running day! π π πββοΈπββοΈ

Definitely a 'sad' case of having caught the running πbug,π the best thing about that is if you admit that you have it, that's half the battle, but at least try not to run on your rest day π

An hour or so after a run I feel like going for another one! (Why?) 1 days later I'm often less enthusiastic, but there is something addictive about it because I usually do it!
