It's a brand new week, so it's time to start off a new conversation.
Sometimes we don't feel like writing a whole post, sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day!
It could be that you're a recent C25K graduate still building up to 5K, or you're consolidating 5K, or perhaps working towards 10K - maybe you're a seasoned 10K pro! Wherever you are with your running, this is the place to chat about it!!
Or even if you just want to post a quick hello - itβs lovely to hear from you all!
Picture is of me in a pub chatting with an enormous dog. Captions?

Graduated just over a week ago and am really hoping I can keep it up regularly. Did my 2nd Parkrun on Saturday (over 47 minutes π€£) and a 5k this morning (even slower π) but worried about running in winter especially in wind & rain. Any tips from anyone?
...I have it on good authority that in Dog Beers, you've only had one πΆπ».
I've just joined this forum, completed first run of consolidation, this morning. Graduated C25K, last week. Keen to gradually start building the distances to 10K βΊ but for now just enjoying running/jogging (slowly) for 30mins π
The dog looks more interested in showing his best side to the camera than having a chat π
This week Iβm hoping to continue being injury free and get in three runs after my recent ankle problems. My fitness has dipped during the past two months of intermittent injury so hoping to build it back up.
Great pic! I'm still consolidating. Graduated start of August and have done a few parkruns. Also been making the most of a free weeks gym pass last week, but haven't fallen in love with the treadmill. So I think a may need some winter warmers soon... Although I get that hot and sweaty maybe not!!! ππ
Im forward planning thinking about running shoes, how do trail shoes differ from other trainers? Are they better for wet weather running?... just thinking of wet leaves and acorns!!!
Have only run a 5 and a 4k since the surprise Graduation .The 4 was feeling a bit dodgey on the legs , then I danced in heels at a party that night....Not good.I hardly ever wear them.Today , three days later ....I could barely run for a bus! So, time out for me ...and on with the calf raises.Happy running.
Thank you .Getting there.Pilates tomorrow and will definitely run on Saturday to see how it feels. Can't wait! Rain, wind or shine!
I did a 9km on Monday on a treadmill (Yeuck) and I did a fast 4km tonight having been cooped up all day because of Storm Ali. But it sure is getting dark early. Nice to be out 'though. I have discovered the joys of a tennis ball - for massaging under my feet and the outside of my lower leg (fibia?) All looking good for a 9.5km at the weekend unless we get the tail-end of another storm....
