I have noticed some of the posts on the forum are going a bit off track and it is not a supportive as the forum should be.

We like to keep all the forums as supportive as the C25K and with that in mind I would steer you to the guidelines for posting and replies to posts.

As admins it is our duty to actively enforce these guidelines and deal with any breaches. There is a three strike rule as with all our forums. We very rarely have to restrict users but we will use this power if we feel that the integrity of the forum is in danger. Sometimes these decision are taken totally out of hands and Healthunlocked message us to say a post or certain replies are totally unacceptable, when that happens we follow the instructions we have been given.

We hope you understand that we do not want to police your posts and replies but we have to be mindful of how some posts can be felt as unsupportive. With this in mind we will be quietly messaging posters if we feel this is the case with post or replies. We don’t want to make a big thing of his we just want to guide everyone if a post is seen to be less constructive than it needs to be.
