I'm new to this forum. I have recently signed up for a 10k, which is in the last week of October this year. I run twice, thrice a week, but I was wondering there is a tutorial or do's and don'ts on running a 10k.
I read somewhere that couch to 10k running is a great app, so , that, I'm going to try right now.
What else should i read, explore or keep in mind?
