Longest run 🏃‍♂️ 😀😀

Really pleased with myself - longest run to date my first 7k of ju-ju’s plan. Can’t say I enjoyed it as much as I was expecting but that was probably due to a late night, a little too much red wine and the fact that no matter which way I was running, I seemed to be running into the wind😃😃.

Running into the wind is so much tougher, isn’t it - and how on earth does the headwind direction always seem to follow you around! 😂❤️

LOL yes it does, it was so much more tiring. By the last 500m I felt like I was lolloping rather than running 😂
