Thank You! I've been having fun doing my post-grad consolidation runs after C25K, but I really need the discipline of another programme.

When you say consolidation runs what have you actually done? I've just graduated today and not quite sure what to do now. Plan to do b210k but as 5k still takes me over 50 mins I don't want to start it till I'm finding 5k a bit easier.

Congratulations on graduating! I did 3, 4 or 5k runs, 3 times a week until my 5k time got somewhere in the low 40 minutes (I think around 44 minutes). I kept this up for 3 or 4 weeks. But looking back I don’t think the speed really mattered - it was all about building stamina. I never got to the stage where 5k was 'easy', because I always ran them as fast as I could (still do!).

I found the Magic 10 plan built nicely on these runs - again it's all about distance rather than speed. Having graduated C25K I doubt you'll have any problems - good luck!

Thanks. I didn't think of reducing distance for a bit but will have a go at what you did. I'll let you know how it goes

Also keep an eye out for posts from ju-ju- . In the Events section online (I don't think you see these if you are using the app) it says the next programme will start on 10th August. There will be a weekly post with information relevant for that week. Worth signing up for even if you are a few runs ahead.

I can see the event but it doesn’t seem possible to click on it - how do I sign up? :)

Just keep a eye out for a post from ju-ju- , you can reply to that.
