Today was about taking it slow, stopping for pics, listening to the sound of my feet in the long grass and enjoying the breeze, no time or pace alerts. I swapped the EDM upbeat running playlist for Lauryn Hill and sang along with my favourites.

Oh, well done. I did exactly the same today. Just took it easy and, if I felt like walking or stopping for a stretch, I did just that. Really enjoyed it and got to 10K in a slow but relaxing time.
