That was fun, but I should’ve been a bit slower. Too competitive! That was supposed to be a slow 40+ minute recovery run!😜

Well the 1st 4K was good and slow, but I just couldn’t help it on the last 1k, which I did in 5 mins. I think I need to do more slow distance runs during the week, and try harder to pace myself in those park runs🧘🏻‍♂️

Yes but a bit too quick on the last 1k - I need to slow down a bit otherwise that ‘niggle’ in my left calf might turn into a full blown rupture!

Slow it down You’ll be glad you did. It’s not all about fast running. We need slow recovery runs too 🙂
