I'm not sure about any apps but I can definitely recommend ju-ju's Magic Number 10k plan, it certainly worked for me and lots of other people here.

I used the Bridge to 10K podcasts by Sami Murphy. There's a link for downloading these somewhere on the site but you might have to hunt a bit.
