I don’t want to spam the other forum but I’ve found a better summary on my running app that just does the running segments of my outings. I’m massively chuffed with that improvement.
So much so that I am rethinking my B210k plans a little. I might aim to reach 10k before 25th September. That would be Couch to 10k inside 6 months.
(Gremlins go off and listen to Green Day, “Wake me up when September ends”!!)

That’s great Jay, I’m starting my B210K journey this coming week. 😳 I’ve had another look at Ju-Ju’s plan and I can just about get to 10K on my 55th birthday on 22 August 🎂🍾🥂 What a birthday present to myself 😀👍 When I started C25K my goal was just 5K by then, but we’re all allowed to change our targets! 😂

Amazed more than anything. I know it is not a huge difference in the grand scheme, and actually very slow for 4k/5k runs, but it’s fantastic speed for me.
That sounds doable, doesn’t it? I mean, I’ll be doing C25K within 3 months, and hope to succeed at a 10k journey as well (since entering a marathon ballot, I kinda sorta have to at one point in time 😱😁). Looking forward reading about your journey Jay!
Found it, thanks Jay. _SimonT_ I have the iPhone 6s too. The app is linked to the Apple Watch, I’ve no idea if it works with just the phone 🤷♀️ I can’t believe I ran over 44k this month! 😂
