Does this mean I'm finally getting fitter??? It's taken it's time. Previously, when I increased gym-time it steadily come down from around 6 weeks. I'm now in W11, and although it started falling in say W8, it went straight back up. Well, it's back down again and I'm hopeful this time it will last.
I didn't take measurements but I can see body change which is better than numbers on scales.
Lastly, my legs are solid! Imagine my surprise when I went to shave them and I realised they were runners' legs, not mine!!!!
