Resting Heart Rate is finally coming down

β€’10 Replies

Does this mean I'm finally getting fitter??? It's taken it's time. Previously, when I increased gym-time it steadily come down from around 6 weeks. I'm now in W11, and although it started falling in say W8, it went straight back up. Well, it's back down again and I'm hopeful this time it will last.

I didn't take measurements but I can see body change which is better than numbers on scales.

Lastly, my legs are solid! Imagine my surprise when I went to shave them and I realised they were runners' legs, not mine!!!!

Thank you running, I'll let you off for W9!!

Yeah, really should. I have my hands full just now, but I'm sure I can fit some in on rest day and stop making excuses!

This is great news. Can I ask... Has it gone down by much? Any move in the right direction is good πŸ˜€
