I've started experimenting with my running styles, leaning back on hills, stepping out more going down and increasing my step gap a little. This weekend I completed my 6th Park run and manged to get under 28 mins, so all things considered I'm very happy with.

I like experimenting when I’m running...I don’t so it every time...I try lengthening my steps, then shortening them again..I experiment with my breathing, breathing like a singer, from my stomach which is actually the correct way to breath when running but it doesn’t come naturally...the good thing about experimenting is that 5 minutes have passed before you know it!!! 😉
