Well done! Just take it easy on your knee, no point putting yourself out through injury
A bit unsure what to do - I'm going to have a bit of disruption to my schedule at the end of the month (due to some personal celebrations, which involves a short trip away), so I don't know if I should do most of that week, and move on or repeat that week.
I can't very well dodge the celebrations, it's annoying really, but I'll either get around stuff and still manage my schedule or put up with the consequences and maybe have to repeat a week!? I can probably definitely manage the time for the medium length and longest run, I just don't know if I can find time for the short run (bother!).
Any advice? The day on which I would have done the short run will involve a heck of a lot of walking though.
