There isn’t an app. Well there are some you can pay for I guess. You could do ju-ju-‘s plan. Look in the pinned posts. It’s just a schedule though, no app.

It’s podcasts with Sami Murphy. It’s kick-ass. She takes no prisoners 💪👍😃
Loads if free music with this one, most of which was new to me, but some fab stuff on it. Five weeks duration for this programme. The first weeks podcast was a bit too quiet but it’s ok from week two

I would do Couch to 5k + Stepping Stones podcasts first, followed by
Ju-Ju’s 10 is the magic number programme, then Sami Murphy. In that order!

There is no NHS 10k app..........but there are loads of suggestions in this piece about post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
