Run 3 done today, mind you week 6 did take me 2 weeks ๐ฑ. I did run 1 & 2 ok but then just couldnโt get my backside out the front door to do run 3. Not had this problem before , I couldnโt even blame it on anything apart from myself. Anyway week 6 now done and on to week 7 we jolly well go.
Iโd like to join but unsure how to find plan from the beginning. Finished C25K and have been doing Park Run for last 4 weeks with another 5K during the week plus speed podcast. Would like to start running further now in planned way as I lack confidence in my self always expecting to fail on each run even though I never have yet. Think this is because my time is so slow and I get demoralised when others run faster. Hoping running 10k will change confidence.
