After a visit to the Physio this morning, Iβve been given the all clear to recommence training.....yay!!!!
5k this evening at a steady pace, then an intervals run on Sunday morning before hotel breakfast.....going to Norwich for the weekend with the other half π After that, itβs a case of starting to build up the longer run again π
Iβm a very happy chappy right now but well aware of the need to build up gradually!
Still lots of strength exercises to do, goes with the territory I guess π

Same here, Ted. I usually do 2 laps of Silsoe on a Thursday while my daughter in in gym class. That route is just over 6k, but after 1 lap in 28c heat I was done for and headed back to the leisure centre rather than starting lap 2. I ended up doing just over 3.5k and I was melting.
I just had confirmation that the work running club are going out at 12:40 today. Not sure whether I should go or not, although it's only 19c at the moment.........
