After a visit to the Physio this morning, I’ve been given the all clear to recommence training.....yay!!!!
5k this evening at a steady pace, then an intervals run on Sunday morning before hotel breakfast.....going to Norwich for the weekend with the other half 😊 After that, it’s a case of starting to build up the longer run again 😊
I’m a very happy chappy right now but well aware of the need to build up gradually!
Still lots of strength exercises to do, goes with the territory I guess 😊
