61st Birthday 10K Milestone!

Started C25K in October last year. Today I managed a 10K run to mark my 61st birthday! If anyone had said a year ago that I would be running regularly (and loving it!) and reaching this milestone, I would not have believed it possible. If I can do it, anybody can! Believe in yourself peeps!
