Very tough run, only managed 3+k and never really got into my stride . Think I need a bit of motivation to keep going!! :-((;

I atill get runs like that. Ive been up as far as 8k but now dont seem to be able to get past 5. Just keep going, it’s early days and your body is still building strength and stamina and adjusting.

Thankyou, I will. It’s nice to know I’m not alone :-)

They happen. Normally a reason, tiredness dehydration etc etc. You just chalk it up as a run done and move on to the next one. I did a 2.4k on Saturday but then over 6k on Sunday.

After graduation you think they'll all be easy 😂

You’re right! I definitely felt it wasn’t quite fair that my first post graduation run was so rubbish. Now dreading the next one, but it’s a beautiful day and U can’t do it tomorrow, so I think I will go out. Fingers crossed !! :-)
