I missed my Tues run due to a bug, I normally try to do a day of 30,20,10. One day, Long slow 10k and a Parkrun (can now get to parkruns regularly) Keeping the park run, which one would you drop this week, Intervals or long slow? I’ve got plenty of time tomorrow, so can do long or short.

Depends on your goals/strengths/weaknesses. Long run to improve aerobic capacity and stamina but intervals to improve speed/form.

My hunch is that intervals are the one to miss if you've had a bug - those are likely to be more of a 'push', good stuff normally but maybe not the best if recovering.
Well, plumped for the intervals, my first run this year in shorts and Tshirt; as it was 15c here (SWales) today. So glad I made that choice after my initial reluctance to start the run as I was so cold but after a few mins I was sweating like the proverbial pig.
Thanks everyone.
