Hi Everyone, and thank you for taking part in this January Quest.

Well done Questers, we beat the January blues and despite some horrible weather conditions got out there and met our challenges. Here is a certificate that you can download and print if you would like. Congratulations!

Special thoughts to those who have been on the injury couch, I hope you are back to fitness soon..😊xxx

The next Quest will begin on 1st February (Thursday) ....start thinking...

Thanks for organising a great Quest which really had me strengthening my 'realistic goal setting' muscles and got me to a couple of places I'd been meaning to explore for a long time.

Oooo I love this certificate thanks Jan, I think I will claim it!

I mainly did my physio exercises daily ( just missed a few days)

I managed to run a couple of times a week (rebuilding from the IC), and I have been good with my yoga and Pilates.

Thanks Jan for organising the Quest, it kept me focused for sure!

Thanks Jan. Setting some goals using the Quest was really positive for me! Certainly got off to a flying (running?l) start this year and feel so much more confident. Now just trying to work out what to do next???
