If I only could, I'd be running up that hill

Well actually I could. It struck me that despite running about 20 miles in the past fortnight I haven't actually been out of breath. All thanks to my new love of slow running. So, instead of turning back at the end of the bay I thought I'd try running up the hill at the end. Half way up my new mantra became 'Just shoot me, please'. But once I got a second wind, and a new record for slowest pace ever recorded, I actually enjoyed it. Who'd have thought eh?

As you can see I've abandoned Blighty for warmer climes for a couple of weeks.

Yours

Kate
