Over a week with no runs....😕 But today a wonderful 11k 😄

We are down visiting family in England over Christmas and New Year. This involves a lot of travel, socialising, walking dogs and even a wedding! In addition my ankle has been rather sore recently and needed a rest so no running for over a week 😟 But today I needed to run - I really miss it when I can't run. The dog also needed a longish run because he would be spending rather a lot of time in the car due to the wedding.

What a glorious run - 11k along the beach and prom. I loved it. Simply wonderful.

Sounds lovely! Enjoy your family time. Hopefully you'll be able to get out again during your visit. There is always the excuse that the dog needs to burn off some energy.
