Well this bloody cold is really getting me down. So at 0900hrs this morning it's going to get tested round Sherwood Pines parkrun.

Thanks Ju Ju survived just.!! Weather at Pines was cold , plus snow flurries but as always Sherwood Pines was open . Visitors from around Nottingham turned up and the Canicross dogs and owners set off in fine form. Memo to self . Get your action camera going. Woof woof and all that sorta dogey talk. Could make good video.

I've just asked one of the guys I work with if he likes The Cure ... would you believe he said he'd NEVER HEARD OF THEM..??!!?? To be fair, he is only 25

Well, at their prime it was about 1985, and so your colleague is way to young to know about The Cure. But get him to watch this video - 15 million views on youtube - and try to guess when the song was released. Not dated one little bit.
