10k this morning!!!!

Hello all! Hope everyone is keeping safe in this awful weather! 💨💨🌪🌪💦💦

Well today was definitely a treadmill day.The weather being the way it is. Too dangerous ( I think) with storm Brian. 💨💨🌪🌪

Anyhoo! So glad I did a treadmill run,as I actually knocked 8 minutes off my last 10k/6miles yippee! 😅😛😛

Well done peggy59..😊 I did Parkrun, and Brian was there as well, he was heavy breathing a bit as we went round, but didn't bother us much! think he ran out of puff!😁

As you probably know with my repeats of where I live (very hilly and lots of inclines) I would not have been able to achieve today's run successfully.😀😀 So for me tread was the recipe of the day,although I really do enjoy running outside. Tomorrow I shall hopefully go outside yippee! 😄😄

Well done you! I went out this afternoon but struggled against the wind, cut my run short at 3.5k but glad I did it as otherwise I wouldn't even have gone out for a walk!

They still feel a bit strange on my left foot - different support from my old ones so I suppose that is normal to feel different. No blister though! 😀😀

Glad no blisters joy. I think perhaps there is always a slight difference with one foot to the other do you think? That has happened to me before when one foot seems to be better than the other when having bought new footwear.👡👠😀

Hee! hee! Thank you pollyp1! Oh how I wish I could tell you I did it in my pyj's .....but sadly I didn't .But I must admit that is food for thought🤔🤔

Perhaps we could start a Pygama ! Rama! Run on Treadmill Day? What do you think ? Could it catch on? Oh... but only on the tread,it may be too cold outside now for pj's.....then there's dressing gowns ! Acsis running slippers ! the list goes on and on and on "...........And that's just us women!😀😀

No pj's, no treadmill, but a VERY blustery 5k. Slowest ever - mad side winds. But fun. I like the idea of Asics running slippers, lol.
