Go for it but don't forget to have some easy runs in between - they're the ones that build your strength - and then suddenly when you're not looking - whizz bang - you'll find you've broken that barrier when you least expect it. Well done and good luck - of course the new trainers will help - what colour are they? - Bright orange are the fastest colour followed by blue I think!!!
You're doing great, and of course you'll get below 30 minutes if that's what you want. No doubt about it! That said, I agree with Runon - don't forget plenty of easy runs as well
You can run some 3ks too. It's not all about fives. Fast one k's are useful too.
