It is a 6 week plan ( much like the quests) to support one another to get to 10k. Each week I will post a vid and guidance on what to do that week. The idea is we all draw support from the weekly posts etc...
So, just by change I did my first bridge to 10k run today - ran further and longer than I have done before, after I was doing the stepping stone podcasts. It went great - I only did it because yet again Apple deleted the run I wanted to do, but a happy accident, I guess. Not sure if I will be able to keep to 6 weeks to finish, as terrible air often intervenes here in Beijing.
