Have you looked down the back of the sofa? Seriously though, it's true, I was doing 10 easily, now I'm trying to get back there after a virus in October. It'll come back Bazza, just keep plodding away...

I'm struggling at 10km at the moment. I have to keep reminding myself I did run a HM last May, you wouldn't have thought it the way my body behaves with longer distances. The good new is the same happened the year before and from Jan to May I got myself all ready again, so it is possible, just don't believe your gremlins 😀.

Keep at it Bazza, you'll find it soon and be ready in April.

Sorry, not here Bazza - I'm searching for my stamina too following three lurgies that stopped me running properly for weeks. Been out twice on 5ks and yesterday's felt good and my pace is coming back. Heading out on a 'longer' one tomorrow. I am due to run a HM in the middle of March (was up to 10 mile runs in October) and at the moment it seems like a very tall order!! We shall see! Good luck with your training.🙂

True enough, but I reckon it comes back quicker second ( or third or fourth) time around. Probably because you know you have done it before.
