5k run now secure

Battled my way back to doing 2 x 5k and a long run a week per week. Walk breaks no longer needed on short runs and speed improved to just over 7 mins per km.. I always run my 10k with a 5 run and then walk breaks when needed to 10! Going to do 6k running on Saturday! Any tips??

No weight has been lost even though I have been running for about 6 months! The reason? I run a community cafe on Friday afternoons which means a lot of baking and sampling too LOL

Food is my downfall and even though I run, still no weight loss! I run a community cafe on Fridays which means lots of baking (and some sampling)!

Sounds like your doing great, keep up the good work and I sure you'll get too where you want to be sooner rather than later! Well done. 😎
