just come back from a run and thought id mix it up alittle bit so heres what i did
10 min warm up jog to trail
then did 4 x 3mins hard with 90 secs recovery
2 min rest then
4 x 90 secs with 1 min recovery
10 mins run back

Sounds fab and a good workout. It's great fun mixing things up.
