On my 6th attempt I managed to complete it at the right cadence. I purposefully concentrated on shortening my stride length in the 150BPM parts and it obviously worked. Even had enough energy left to jog on after the end of the last fast interval.
That's another of my goals to cross off the list.

Hmmm... I need to try Speed again. I got out of running with any headphones last year when I did the RunStreak because it was just too much effort to bother finding them when I was only out for 15 minutes. Previously I would never go for a run without them, but this broke me of my need, and since then I haven't liked running with headphones at all. But the downside of that is that I haven't done the Speed podcast and I think it would be very useful again. I know I could achieve the same thing on my own by running between lamp posts or counting, but it's so much easier to have Laura telling me what to do!
