It is possible that someone have mestectomy and begin the session of chemotherapy but feel a lot of pain in operation area could more pain can be the reason of moveable gland

I did not clearly get what you mean. But anyways, if you are referring to the pain in the operated area, it is routinely felt by most patients and is due to cutting of nerves that happens during surgery. The nerves grow in a haphazard fashion and nerve endings cause the pain. This improves with time, don't worry.

Thanks, Sumeet for your replay I am telling you what actually I am asking. When my mom got mastectomy second day of it one blister has come on skin surgeon said it was Algeric after some days that blister is settle down and on same place of blister one lymph has appear where blister was before my surgeon is not available right now. He is in uk I have spoken with he said you visit to oncologist if it is diathermy burn it hasn't any problem but you need to checkup this.
