TNBC BREAST CANCER

My mother she is 74 year old diagnosed  with TNBC and got operated  last year June 2015. After  operation doctors advice me not to put her chemo nor any medication . Advice me to do regular check up. Presently regular check ups are going on , so for no issues. Any body can advice me on this.

The decision to give chemo or radiation is based on stage and detailed assessment of the patient. I suggest that you consult your Oncologist for the same. We cannot guide you whether she needs chemo or radiation or not. 

Also, since her treatment was in Jun 2015, and now she is on follow up, continue the same. Meet your Oncologist every three months.

Please seek your oncologists advice for what things would he prefer at the first year follow up.
