neutropaenia long after Rx

Has anyone had low neutrophils long after Radiotherapy? Nearly a year after it, my neutrophils are only 0.6, way below the lower normal range.

I was hoping someone would write so we all could have a better understanding. I think have rad in my future and wondered why the onc wants to put it off.. maybe because my neutrophils will take a hit snd not recover? Then I couldn’t continue with Ibrance.. does anybody know?
