I'm in my mid-40s and have just completed a year of treatment. Yay. That's the good bit. The bad bit is that since I finished I've noticed that I've got this soft downy hair all over my cheeks and jaw. It only really shows when I'm back lit with sunshine and although in the context of everything that I've been through it seems ridiculous to fuss about something so minor, I have to say, I hate it!
Any thoughts on the best way to tackle it....? I'd love any feedback!

I think it's come since I finished chemotherapy and it's

Lol... So did I... It has since thinned out itself and I am more or less back to my old self. I definitely would not shave it as it will thicken and darken. Mine dropped out but I do get hairs growing in a mole that I didn't have before ππ
Thanks Lainey, that's encouraging. I wasn't really thinking of shaving, more wondering about hair removing creams or even electrolysis. I'd just assumed this was a permanent fixture, but from what your'e staying perhaps it isn't!
Hi sashbash
I had a bloom of 'peach fuzz' on my face, l took an epilator to it & its never returned!
It will go, it's just I'm dark haired & I wanted it gone!
The same here. I have them threaded at the same time as having my eyebrows (what there is of them). Smarts for a short time but certainly does the trick. X
I had that too and to be honest I just shaved it off. I've not had any more problems since x
I also had it and i think it is so much more apparent after the lovely smooth hairless skin that chemo provided! I have electrolysis on the couple of thicker patches but the rest thinned out in time. I was tempted to wax, but held out
me too! Only noticed last week,it's annoying isn't after everything.Don't know what to do about it though.maybe we ll get advice on here.Don't worry bout it,probably not as noticeable as we think eh?π
If you find an answer let me know. I have always had more facial hair then I desired but since chemo ended it has become 10 times worse. I shave it every day. I have really sensitive skin so all the waxing and creme I have tried has caused a reaction.
Thanks ladies. I've got to say I noticed mine too with the recent head hair regrowth but at least my tash hadn't grown back.......yet! π³π€£π€£π€£
