Hi Ciara. I did, about a month after my mastectomy reconstruction I developed fat necrosis. Unfortunately it became infected and I had to go back into hospital to have the area cleaned out. All fine now but I have found another lumpy bit. Thankfully I had a follow up appointment and he put my mind at ease... We think the initial op is the hard bit, but it's the recovery and all it can throw at you that I've found difficult. Good luck. Xxx
