any OTC uk nausea pregnancy medication

hi everyone i am six months pregnant and still sadly dealing with pretty bad nausea. I am from France and my doctor prescribed me some medication that has doxylamine in it which helps. It’s the only thing that works. It’s over the counter and easy to get. However I am in London visiting my family and don’t know if there is an equivalent I can buy with no prescription in a pharmacy ?

do you know of any nausea medication that I can get ?
