There is no way to be safe from pregnancy if you are sexually active without contraception. If you’re worried she can take an ovulation test to determine if she is fertile or not right now. But if it’s cum it should come out after laying down or standing up.

Laying down and letting it fall out is still not going to protect her from pregnancy, sperm gets where it needs to be in seconds, Id delete this photo, if you aren’t mature enough to be having sex and know the basics of human biology and use contraception to protect yourselves and then you clearly aren’t mature enough to see that posting a photo of your poor girlfriends parts to thousands of strangers is a massive violation of her privacy and dignity! Sorry if this sounds judgemental but the photo was a massive step too far in my opinion and it’s just one of those things that doesn’t need to be on the internet!

Take the morning after pill straight away and use contraception in the future to avoid this again!

If you've had unprotected sex your girlfriend could get pregnant. She needs the morning after pill.

You should also remove this photo, this is totally inappropriate to share such a private picture, no one needs to see this.

You should maybe also speak to someone about contraception and safe sex if you don't understand this.
