hi everyone

i am kind of desperate for any help or experience. I am in my fifth month of pregnancy and I still feel nauseous. I must say it was worse two months ago. But I still never feel normal I take medication that helps a little . But after eating I usually feel ill and queasy… I end up throwing up at least once a week now . I don’t know what to do, it is driving me insane never feeling normal.

I try to eat as often as possible but I am afraid I will put on so much weight. There is some stuff I have a hard time eating

It’s a mess

If anyone has any advice or has gone through this I would love to hear your thoughts !

thanks so much 😢
