Recurrent miscarriage now pregnant

Im new here

So i am under consultant for recuuent miscarriage

I have had three

I have 1 son with no difficulties conceiving had via emergency secion at 36 weeks

Had tests for sticky blood syndrome which came back raised anticardiolipin antibodies, awaiting results of second test result to confirm this.

I have just found out im pregnant and my periods have been irregular but going off my last period i am 5 weeks 2 days

So nervous as on edge every visitt o the toilet or every twinge i feel that something will go wrong

Anyone any advice

Hey, I feel your pain.

I’ve had two miscarriages in a row, not under any clinics as they won’t help me until I have 3, not even sure they will as I’m over 40. Although I paid private for pathology of last miscarriage which came back normal and a baby boy 💔

It’s absolutely heartbreaking.

I’m booked in for bloods next week so hopefully they are going to look for the blood clotting disorder too.

We’ve continued to TTC. Have you asked doctor to put you on progesterone and baby aspirin this time to help? This is what I’m going to push for.

I’m going straight to doctors when I next fall pregnant, I’m not taking any shit, especially now I know my babies were healthy and my body let me down.

We had two miscarriages before conceiving our son. We lost two and then found out we were pregnant with our son all within 7 months.

I was constantly checking every toilet trip and my anxiety was terrible. Once I was able to feel him moving, I was more relaxed plus we had private scans in between our hospital ones along with having extra scans as I was high risk.

He's now a cheeky 19 month old! Try not to let your worries get the better of you ❤️

Yea fi ally got hold of them

I have a scan next week so i should be about 8 weeks then

They have told me to increase my aspirin to 150mg day

My anxiety is through the roof

Even though my symptoms are really strong...sick as a dog .....

Hoping its a good sign as well as other symptoms

I have booked a private scan this week as need reassurance

Or if anyhing is wrong i needto know now

Hey , I totally understand your worry I have had 3 mmc and now 10 weeks pg , it really is a constant worry but its only natural to feel that way.

Have you been advised to take any medication now you are pg?

Yes just advised to take 5mg foloc acid and 150mg aspirin til the scan then will need injections

I am the same folic acid and asprin.

Im also taking prognova & cyclogest due to having fet and vitamin D x

I had a private scan today

What i thought was 7 weeks, showed on ultrasound as 6 weeks...sac, yolk sac, faetal pole, everything as it should be and the best news...a heartbeat ......

Hoping and praying that the dates are not too much of a worry

Was a relief to know a heartbeat is detected

Has anyone else had this?

Cant help but still be anxious even though i am glad i went today it was a relief
