Deflated

Feeling completely deflated.

Had positive tests for few days in a row, starting getting really excited cause it’s the first positive tests I’ve had in a year. Yesterday started spotting, light brown. This morning woke up to extremely heavy bleeding and severe cramping. I have the doctors later but think my chances are completely gone.

Has anyone else experienced the same? How did you pick yourself up after? Any tips for how to alleviate it and not beat myself up?
