2 faint positive & 4 negative tests

I did a pregnancy test on 5/818 in the evening & it was a faint positive. Next morning i did another test & it was negative. Did another test that evening & another faint positive. Ive done 4 more tests since then & they have all been negative. Ive been in touch with the local one to one midwife team & they have said a positive is a positive & have registered me to their service & have booked me in for my first scan at the end of the week. I havent had a period for about 2 years due to being on the depo injection, i came off it in may this year, so cant use the date of my last period as i havent had one. Im having all the pregnancy symptoms too. Ive been reading online about "chemical pregnancies" but havent had any of thr symptoms for one 🤔

Has anyone else been through this?

Or can anyone offer any advice?

Thank you the midwife said to just do home tests 🤔 she did take bloods but they were for the booking in tests, testing for hiv, hepatius etc.

Ah, so no hcg test then? Do you have the same sticks or different ones? Sometimes some are better than others and I have seen people on here get varying results from the pee sticks provided by the clinics.

Ive used 2 the same as in the pic & got neagtive, used 2 morrisons ones, got a faint positive & a negative & then 2 of the none digital clearblue with negatives. I might give the clearblue digital ones a go. Or just wait until my scan.

It's all so stressful isn't it. Perhaps waiting for your scan is best as even one faint positive is positive whereas a negative can be positive. Xx

Hi, many years ago our local pharmacy did urine sample pregnancy testing for same price as usual tests. Maybe your's does & you can settle your nerves sooner rather than later at the scan...?! Good luck!🤞🏻

What was you result were you pregnant or had miscarriage or chemical pregnancy ?
