Have tested positive for pregnancy 1 week back. But am not able to experience any symptoms ..am so worried if really am pregnant or not..anyone facing this..sometimes I feel abdominal pain too

Hi, not all people have symptoms. Have you done any more tests? Book yourself in with a doctor when you can! Good luck x
The abdominal pain is a symptom, it’s probably the embryo rooting in! Morning sickness usually starts later and even then you might not get it.
