I've had on and off (more on) thrush for the past 5 weeks now. I've only been using the lower strength caneasten cream when I need to but don't think I'm getting rid of the infection fully. What else can I use? it's driving me mad!! (Already using mild soap and wearing cotton knickers) I'm 20 weeks tomorrow, never usually prone to thrush, didn't get it in my last pregnancy either...

Have you seen your doctor? Perhaps they could prescribe something a bit stronger that is safe for use during pregnancy. I believe that thrush can actually be dangerous further on in the pregnancy and cause pre-term birth, so it would be a good idea to seek their advice ASAP If you haven’t already.
