Trying to conceive after depo

Hi,

I'm 35 and have one daughter who is 10 yrs. Been on depo but stopped this Sept 2016. Had the pill to kick start periods and have had periods for a year now. Day 21 progesterone tests were low two months in row. GP thinks I am not ovulating. Partner's sperm test has come back normal. Had a scan and radiographer said my ovaries are producing follicles and there was fluid around an ovary which indicates I am ovulating? My cycles are only 26 days long, could it must be that I am ovulating earlier?

Using ovulation predictor kits and had a peak reading yesterday which would coincide with me ovulating day 12 and not 14?

Help!
