Hello Dizzy- yes I wouldn't worry too much ( although I know that is easy said than done!) it took me a while and my friends told me the same thing to just relax and try to not think about it all the time. But if in a few months you are still in the same boat perhaps a chat with your gp might make help. Xx

Hi Dizzy,
Firstly it is totally normal for it to take longer than you expect to fall pregnant again, so don’t worry! If you are having sex and you don’t use contraception then you have an 85% chance of being pregnant within one year. It is great that you have an app to help you track your fertility etc but if you can try and relax, start taking folic acid in case pregnancy does occur, then if you are still worried have a chat with your GP to see what you can do next.
