Is my cycle messed up?

Hey guys, I’m really confused right now. Last month I had my period at the beginning of the month and then a week and a half later, so twice in one month. I’m pretty sure that was from all the stress I was under but I was still on my orange active pills during that period, so when I took my placebo pills last month I didn’t bleed again. This month I haven’t bled yet and I’m just starting day two of the placebo pills... should I be concerned that I could possibly be pregnant or is my cycle just wonky now? I’ve had no pregnancy symptoms so that’s why I’m very confused. Please help!

This happened to me too last month, two period one at the beginning & then two weeks later literally. The last time I had sex was the day before my period started. Took a test three weeks later - negative. When I started bleeding the second time, I took another test - negative. And I had a internal ultrasound on the 13th of September and they said everything looked fine, they would have definitely seen a baby if there was one. But yet I still haven’t seen my period this month. The lady who did the ultrasound asked if I had done a blood test to check my hormone levels.. so I might do this next & take another pregnancy test next week.
